• Terms and conditions can change at any time without notice. Please refer to this page often.
• The minimum pixel advertising purchase is $5 (100 pixels)
• The maximum purchase is how ever many you want.
• When you purchase pixels from Advertise-Pix you will not own any part of the site. Advertise-Pix is a pixel advertising tool where you can submit an image and link which will be reviewed for possible continued publishing on the pixel page.
• You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image & link you want on the pixel page, which will be there for at least 1 year and continuously renewed as long as all pixel advertising conditions are met, or at our sole discretion.
• Once your image and/or link are published on the page, or deleted if we don't approve of your ad or link, you will not be eligible for a refund. All payments are final.
• The Advertise-Pix.com domain is registered for 5 years and is expected to be online indefinitely.
• Advertise-Pix.com is a high quality, family friendly pixel advertising website. No gambling/obscene/offensive/controversial/skin/male or female models/posing/adult images or links to any content of this nature will be accepted. Any pictures and/or links will be permitted only at the sole discretion of Advertise-Pix.com. Your ad content should correspond with the content of your website. Please check the site regularly if you are unsure of your content. You will not be notified if your link or picture is deleted or replaced by Advertise-Pix.com for any reason. If you submit an image or link that is later found to break this or any other condition, you may be asked to provide an alternative. NO money will be refunded and the pixels will be sold to another advertiser if you are unable to provide an alternative link/image within our time frame.
• If at any time you change the content of the linked site you must notify Advertise-Pix, so we are aware of the change and your new content does not violate our rules. No gambling/obscene/offensive/controversial/skin/male or female models/posing/adult images linked sites are allowed. If you violate this condition your image/link will be removed immediately and you may be contacted to provide an alternative pixel advertising link/image. You will not in any way receive a refund due to the link downtime.
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your pixel advertising image and link removed from the pixel page, you may be allowed to do that, but you will not receive a refund and the pixels will become available for sale.
• Images are automatically resized to fit the pixels you order so you must ensure you are happy with the pixel advertising image before making your payment by 'Viewing' it on the pixel page first.
• Pixel advertising images must be in GIF, PNG or JPEG format.
• Animated images are not allowed on Advertise-Pix at this time, if you submit an animated image, either the first frame of the animation will be used or it will be removed totally and you will be contacted for a new appropriate pixel advertising image.
• All Links must only be to web pages and begin with http://
• You must have the authority to provide the pixel advertising image and link for the website you submit, if you do not and we become aware of this your image/link will be removed and you will not receive a refund.
• All pixel advertising orders are processed automatically as soon as we receive confirmation from the payment processor of your payment, generally your image/link will be posted within a few minutes.
• You do not need an existing PayPal account. We are currently accepting Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through a new or existing PayPal account. Moneybookers may also be accepted as a form of payment.

Why 'Advertise-Pix'?

After seeing Alex Tew's very creative Million Dollar Homepage at milliondollarhomepage.com, the original pixel advertising site, it became obvious it would work for other people. I obtained a perl script to run the site and to automate the whole process of running a pixel advertising site, including adding the links automatically. Where else can you get a front page ad instantly for so little?

What do I do?

Just click on the block in the matrix that you want and a dialog will appear so that you can immediately download a picture from your computer and see it appear in real time.

Why 5 cents?

If you want to pay more then please feel free:) You're right, 5 cents a pixel is not a lot compared to most other online advertising. However, it should cover our costs.

You're joking right?

No, many other sites charge $1 per Pixel. Don't let someone else take your spot on the Advertise-Pix.com home page!

Why are you selling by the block?

A Pixel is far to small to consider trying to sell, you would never see the image and the link will never get clicked on. For pixel advertising, a Block is realistically the smallest size you could use.

Why should I buy your pixels?

When you buy pixels here at Advertise-Pix.com you are investing in a web site that will get a ton of traffic from links from other sites and other forms of exposure. In fact, anybody who advertises here would be motivated to direct traffic to their pixel ad which is on the same page as your advertisement. You may also want to put a link from your websites pointing to your own pixel ad on the Advertise-Pix.com page and get other sites to link to your ad on Advertise-Pix.com to increase your own exposure. Anyway, with your Pixel ad on our front page, that means more traffic to your site. More traffic could certainly mean more sales for you - if you are selling or posting an ad, or posting your own video or TV take, or take-off. You also might simply want to buy pixel advertising for your loved ones, your pet, or to spread a conservative political message, etc. Anything is possible with 5 cent pixels at AdvertisePix.com as long as it is family friendly! We will delete any pixels that we feel don't land on family friendly pages.

What kind of traffic will I get?

We will work to get targeted traffic for each pixel advertiser. However, some of the clicks will be random, from visitors that are clicking on the images to see where they lead. This is not necessarily a bad thing. We are leveraging the ad space for your benefit by keeping people's interest here longer than other advertising methods. How often do people stumble across a site and think 'oh I was looking for that' or 'I need that', etc., Most people will click on ads they have an interest in. This is targeted pixel advertising: Your pixel ad will have a description that will pop up when someone places their mouse pointer over your ad. At 5 cents per pixel you can't go wrong.

How long will it be before my pixel advertising image is added?

The system is set up so as soon as it receives confirmation from that your payment has been made your pixel advertising image and link will be added so you should see it appear on Advertise-Pix almost instantly within minutes.

How long will the site be around for?

The domain name is currently registered for 5 years. Your ad will be renewed each year but we plan to keep our pixel advertising site running for a lot longer.
